Guests will have full access to the back unit, which is attached to the back of the main house, offering direct access along the side of the house for privacy and convenience. You may see other guests in the driveway along the front of the house, on the upstairs deck, or possibly the backyard. Contactless, 24/7 check-in is available, allowing access to the property at your leisure, day or night. While there is no AC, the ocean breeze provides a cool wind during the hot summer months. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund.
