Each of the three bedrooms features a new comfortable full bed and ample closet space with hangers for your clothing storage needs. While there is plenty of street parking available, the lower unit has access to park in the driveway. The upper unit features a balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening drinks with a view. The lower unit has a fully fenced backyard, which you may occasionally share with other guests. The neighborhood around this home is a vibrant area offering a mix of residential convenience and urban amenities. It's close to several shopping centers, including Plaza Bonita, which provides a variety of retail and dining options. For outdoor enthusiasts, Emerald Hills Park and Chollas Lake Park are nearby, perfect for recreational activities. The area is well-served by public transportation, making it easy to reach downtown San Diego and other attractions like the Gaslamp Quarter and Balboa Park. Guests will have full access to the upper unit, including private access to all three bedrooms and the bathroom. You may see other guests in the driveway or backyard of the bottom unit. If traveling with extra guests or need the extra space, the bottom unit can be rented separately. Contactless, 24/7 check-in is available, allowing you to access the property at your leisure, day or night. A digital house manual filled with useful information about the property and local recommendations will be provided. While there is no AC, the ocean breeze provides a cool wind during the hot summer months. A washer and dryer are available for your convenience, shared with the back unit. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund. Smoking or vaping is not allowed indoors, including cigarettes, marijuana, or e-cigarettes. Any cleaning or damage costs will be charged to the primary guest. No pets are allowed. Late checkout may result in a fee of up to $200 unless approved in advance. Fines may apply for violations of house rules or city ordinances, including Code Enforcement penalties.
