Located near vibrant Plaza Bonita for shopping and scenic Emerald Hills Park, this apartment is just a short drive to the lively Gaslamp Quarter, historic Balboa Park, and the sun-soaked sands of Coronado Beach. The neighborhood offers a mix of residential convenience and urban amenities, with several shopping centers and parks nearby. Public transportation is well-served, making it easy to reach downtown San Diego and other attractions. Guests will have full access to the upper unit, including private access to all three bedrooms and the bathroom. You may see other guests in the driveway or backyard of the bottom unit. If traveling with extra guests or need extra space, the bottom unit can be rented separately. There is no AC, but the ocean breeze provides a cool wind during the hot summer months. A washer and dryer are available for your convenience, shared with the back unit. The primary renter must be 18+, sign a rental agreement, and provide valid photo ID.
