The stylish living room is perfect for lounging and unwinding, equipped with a king-size bed, sofa bed for additional guests, a 58” 4K HDR Smart TV, a modern coffee table, an ergonomic workspace, and an open layout with contemporary LED lighting. The fully stocked kitchen and dining area include an oven with stovetop, full-size refrigerator and freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker with starter supplies, electric kettle, and dual-basin sink with hot and cold water. The bathroom is fresh, spotless, and equipped with essentials for your convenience. Oversized vehicles are not permitted in the parking garage and will be denied entry at check-in, in accordance with building regulations. Vehicles that are not allowed include those with breathalyzer systems, unsafe or improvised controls, or faulty brakes, oversized vehicles such as sprinter vans, extended vans, vans accommodating 10+ passengers, or any vehicle taller than 6’8”, dually trucks or service vehicles with wide tires, lockers, or external storage that make maneuvering in the garage difficult, vehicles with aftermarket lift kits or large custom rims and tires, and motorcycles or tricycles without standard car-like controls. Pets may be allowed based on size, but prior approval is required to prevent booking issues. A cleaning fee per pet applies: $25/night for stays of 1–4 nights, $200 per pet for stays of 5–29 nights, and $300 per pet for stays of 30+ nights. The property is not responsible for maintenance or repairs related to the building during your stay. Guest verification is required before arrival to meet legal and safety requirements. All guests may need to provide a government-issued photo ID, verify contact information, complete a secure online verification process, and undergo a background check if requested. This information is used solely for verification purposes and will never be shared beyond that scope. All guests must sign a rental agreement outlining the terms of stay. By booking, you agree to follow all rental policies, submit a valid photo ID before check-in, complete a background check if requested, and finish the verification process to receive check-in instructions.
