The fully stocked bathroom has everything you need: shampoo, body wash, along with a hairdryer and fresh towels. An in-unit washer, dryer, and detergent are available. Driveway parking is available right outside the house for two cars. The street has a long curb, perfect for those with trucks. Pets are welcome. Located within 5-10 minutes of shopping centers and local restaurants, this home offers convenient access to amenities. To avoid neighbors calling the police, lower all noise and close windows to avoid noise going outside of the house. Any activities after 9 PM need to be inside the house with all doors and windows closed to prevent noise. If neighbors complain, or you violate the noise house rule multiple times, there is a $1000 fine for violation. Late checkout without prior approval will be fined 2 times the nightly rate. Each unauthorized guest or pet will incur a $100 per night and per individual penalty. Do not download illegal content using the Wi-Fi. Dispose of trash in provided bins to avoid overflowing. Report any damages or issues immediately within 3 hours after check in for it to not be a guest-related issue. Do not put trash or toilet papers in the toilet bowls because clogged toilets or plumbing issues can result in a bill of $300-$500. Guests after the original guest count or after the default 16th are also counted for a fee. Visitors (non-overnight guests) are allowed with prior notice and will be counted as half guests in the reservation. No DJ allowed, with a $1000 fine for violations.
