Smoking is strictly prohibited within the condo; designated outdoor areas should be used. No pets are allowed. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am. Guests are responsible for disposing of their trash in the designated outdoor dumpster. Check-in is contactless, with access codes provided. Check-out time is 10 am, with a $50 fine for late check-out and a $25 fee per extended hour if approved. Guests must report any cleaning or maintenance concerns within 2 hours of check-in.
