There is a damage protection option required for all reservations. Guests may choose either a $250 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (maximum $100 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear. Located in Regal Palms Resort Orlando, this townhouse offers a quiet retreat near the Highlands Reserve Golf Club. It is a short drive from Disney World and other major Orlando attractions, with convenient access to the I4 and I192. Orlando International Airport is approximately 40 minutes away. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. A maximum of 2 additional guests are allowed at the property during daytime hours. The number of cars on the property should never exceed 2 per reservation. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Check-out time is 10 AM, and staying beyond the scheduled check-out time may incur a fee of up to $300. By booking this reservation, guests agree and acknowledge that Regal Palms Resort will have occasional areas of ongoing construction. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. [SI]
