Feel safe and at home as you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. A maximum of 2 additional guests are allowed at the property during daytime hours. The number of cars on the property should never exceed 2 per reservation. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. Check-out time is 10 AM, and staying beyond the scheduled check-out time may incur a fee of up to $300. This is a pet-friendly property. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. By booking this reservation, guests agree and acknowledge that Regal Palms Resort will have occasional areas of ongoing construction. Though most areas leading up to the property are cleared, please be mindful of any construction vehicles and debris.
