If a noise complaint is called in by a neighbor after 10 pm, the Deschutes County Sherriff will be notified, and you could be evicted from the property without a refund. Evidence of smoking will result in charges to pay for sanitizing, deodorizing, and cleaning the affected areas. Guest is responsible for any and all injuries and/or damages to person or property caused by any pet brought in, at, or around the property.
