This updated yet quaint apartment is ideal for a great short-term or extended stay. The main room is an open kitchen and living room, allowing for cooking while watching TV or visiting with family. The living room is perfect for relaxing while streaming your favorite show. The bedrooms feature queen-size beds, with the master offering a desk and chair for a great workspace and a TV for private relaxation. Guests are required to disclose the number of pets entering the home. A one-time pet fee will be required based on the length of stay: $35 for less than 5 nights, $50 for 5 to 30 nights, and $100 for 30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked. Located in the heart of Southern Orchards, this neighborhood is full of lively entertainment and dining options, including the country’s largest resident theater company. Enjoy the nearby Schiller Park with its lovely Huntington Garden, mature trees, lake, tennis courts, and picnic area. Minutes from Downtown Columbus, close to German Village, and within easy reach of Ohio State Campus, Ohio Stadium, Columbus Convention Center, Columbus Airport, and Nationwide Children’s Hospital. The area is walkable, charming, historical, and diverse, with a friendly community and numerous 4 and 5-star rated restaurants on Yelp! and a large grocery store. Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign the Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions for guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old, and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home. Impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner.
