The downstairs family room offers a quiet retreat with comfy seating, a 50” Smart TV, games and books, an arcade game, a foosball table, a dedicated workspace, and a laundry area. Your dog will feel right at home with a cozy bed, bowls, and a fenced backyard to safely explore. There is a pet fee of $100 for each dog, and a maximum of one dog is permitted on this property, preferably aged 2 years and above. Free parking for vehicles is available on the premises, with additional street parking. This home is conveniently located near several attractions: 1.9 miles to Saratoga Spa State Park, 3 miles to the Children’s Museum, 4.4 miles to Saratoga Race Course, 3.9 miles to Congress Park Carousel, 7.5 miles to Saratoga Lake Boat Launch, 8.9 miles to Brown’s Beach, 28.5 miles to Six Flags Amusement Park, 24 miles to West Mountain Ski Area, 32 miles to Lake George, and 59 miles to Gore Mountain Ski Area. Guests are required to sign the property rental agreement, which includes the house rules. The home is fitted with a smart door lock and has a minimum booking age of 25. All dogs left unattended must be crated. Unexpected circumstances can arise, so it is highly recommended to purchase traveler's insurance. Includes a dedicated workspace in the downstairs family room, equipped with a desk and chair, perfect for remote work. A laptop computer is not included.
