Tucked away at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, this home backs up to the East Boggy Creek Greenbelt, providing a peaceful retreat just 15 minutes from downtown and the airport. Step outside to a spacious backyard, where you’ll find a patio, outdoor seating, and a cozy fire pit—perfect for morning coffee, evening cocktails, or gathering around the fire under the stars. Whether you're here to explore Austin or simply relax, this bungalow is the ideal home base! Pets are allowed with a fee not to exceed 2 pets. Please clean up after your pet. $100 per pet per stay. Early check-in and late check-out are possible, subject to availability and with an associated fee. Guests are asked to bring their own supplies, extinguish any flames or coals after each use and adhere to any county burn ban in effect. If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found. In the event that you need to use the hard key, please place it back in the lockbox before departing. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key. Additional fees may be incurred if personal items are left behind. For safety reasons, lighting candles are not allowed inside the property. Guests are asked to refrain from using any candles indoors to ensure the safety of all guests and the property. HVAC Rules: Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling).
