December 31, 2025I've been with Courtland Legacy for almost 3 years I love it here, the hallways are kept very clean which is a major plus and the grounds are well maintained. The Office Staff and Maintenance is always so courteous, friendly and professional and maintenance request are take care of immediately. The community is very quiet and I like that I am minutes away from tons of restaurants, shopping and easy access to the Highways. December 31, 2025When I came here last year, it felt like things were in a great spot. Since then, there’s been a decline of service that has gone downhill. Maintenance and pest control have been extremely helpful, but I’ve had an ongoing issue that has yet to be resolved. December 31, 2025I’ve lived at Cortland Legacy for 6 months. I like the locked doors, parking garage, pool and area with grill. The gym is updated and there’s always available equipment. The maintenance staff do a good job keeping the place looking good and fixing issues if you call them. I would absolutely recommend living here.
