A maximum of 2 guests at a time per unit can access the common areas such as the Fitness Centre and Business Centre for a maximum of 2 hours per day. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, with a fine of $500 for violations. Unauthorized pets incur a $250 fee. Missing or damaged items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $300. House rule violations can result in a fine of up to $1000 and/or eviction.
