Everything in the home is yours to use, but refrain from moving furniture to avoid breakage. Free parking is provided in front of the building. Close to The Shoppes at Whitestown, Meijer, T.J. Maxx, and Burlington. Enjoy a perfect scenic Whitestown Rail Trail for a nice hike through lush greenery. Also close to the Boone County Fairgrounds for endless local entertainment. If you’re looking for a night out, you’ll have tons of bars and restaurants to choose from. Missing or damaged items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $300. Towels and linens should be kept in good condition, and guests should not wash comforters or duvet comforters themselves. Noise can transfer easily to neighbors through walls and floors, so maintain noise and light discipline at all times. Unapproved late checkout will result in a $50 charge for every hour after the scheduled checkout time.
