Commute into downtown Indianapolis in under half an hour, or stay local to find all the shopping, dining, and entertainment you’re looking for. Close to The Shoppes at Whitestown, Meijer, T.J. Maxx, and Burlington, and enjoy the scenic Whitestown Rail Trail for a nice hike through lush greenery. Also close to the Boone County Fairgrounds for endless local entertainment, and if you’re looking for a night out, you’ll have tons of bars and restaurants to choose from. Check-out time is 11 am unless otherwise approved. The home is not baby-proofed and may not be ideal for families with small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion. Absolutely no smoking is allowed, with a $100 penalty fee for removing smoke detectors and a $300 fine for any evidence of smoking to cover the cost of deep cleaning and ozone treatment. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, with a $500 fine for any evidence of such activities, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages. Unauthorized animals or pets incur a $250 fee. Missing or damaged items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $300. Guests are required to keep towels and linens in good condition, with any permanent stains considered negligent damage. House rule violations can result in a fine of up to $1000 and/or eviction.
