Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the central downtown location and shared wall with the neighboring unit. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m., and no loud music is allowed at any time. Noise-detecting technology may be used to monitor noise levels. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. Smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are prohibited on the property; smoking is allowed outside only. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with a $300 violation charge.
