Two bedrooms offer two double beds, one with a full-size bed, and the last with a queen bed. This home boasts two comfortable bathrooms designed with your relaxation and convenience in mind. Both the front and backyard provide ample space for kids or furry friends to run around. A charcoal grill and utensils are available. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request and a non-refundable pet fee is required for pets, which must be crated when left unattended and cleaned up after in the yard. Evidence of pet hair on furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home will incur additional cleaning charges. Nestled in a peaceful and tranquil neighborhood, this home offers the best of both worlds: serenity and convenience. Located just a short five-minute drive away, you'll find a variety of restaurants, allowing you to indulge in delicious meals without venturing too far from home. Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 7 AM. If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to book and a signed rental agreement is required. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. Other events are permitted at the home only with prior approval. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, your reservation will be canceled, you will be required to leave the property immediately, and you will not be eligible for any refunds. Noise may be monitored with exterior cameras and/or noise monitoring technology. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. There is a $100 charge for third-party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property. If an issue arises and guests request a refund, guests will be required to agree to a release before issuing a refund. Guests must abide by all rules posted on premises regarding the safe use of any amenities. By booking this property, guests waive any and all claims of liability against homeowner or any property management entity affiliated with homeowner relating to the use of these amenities whether due to loss, damage, injury or death.
