The fully stocked kitchen features new appliances and a coffee bar, making it easy to prepare meals. A washer and dryer are conveniently located in the garage. The large, private, fenced backyard offers plenty of room to spread out and includes market lights and a set of four classic Adirondack chairs for entertaining. Luxury 600 thread-count Egyptian cotton sheets on all beds ensure a restful night's sleep, and thick Turkish bath towels are provided in both full bathrooms. One small dog under 30 lbs is welcome with a pet fee applied. The Loop Haus is located in a quiet residential pocket of South Austin, close to all that makes South Austin special. It's 10–15 minutes to South Congress, Zilker Park, and Downtown, and near local favorites like Jo's Coffee, Cosmic Coffee, St. Elmo Brewing, Radio Coffee & Beer, The Yard, and LeRoy and Lewis Barbecue. You're also close to Central Market, Sprouts, and several local taco joints and coffee shops, with easy access to the airport and main highways (Ben White, MoPac, I-35). You’ll find plenty of free parking on the driveway and street, and ride share services like Uber and Lyft are also widely available in this area. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM. No commercial photography, parties, events, or large gatherings are allowed, and only registered guests are allowed on the property unless approved in advance. No Saturday check-outs. Adult dogs only, must be 18 months or older and weigh less than 35 lbs. Dogs are not allowed on furniture, including couches, chairs, and beds; any signs of paws or fur on furniture may result in a cleaning fee being charged. Please clean up after your dog; all waste must be picked up before checkout. Pets must be on a leash when outside the property. No cats allowed. A $150 cleaning fee applies if these rules are not followed. For the comfort of all guests, smoking or vaping inside the home is not permitted. If signs of smoking are found indoors, a $200 cleaning fee will be applied to refresh the space. To keep our homes well-maintained and enjoyable for everyone, we kindly require that all primary renters be at least 26 years of age.
