A convenient in-unit washer/dryer with detergent is also provided. Complimentary garage parking is available for 1 vehicle, with visitor parking also available for extra vehicles. Access to the building's amenities, including a gym, yoga & wellness room, coworking areas, podcast studio, and gaming lounge, is provided with a fob. Dallas Love Field Airport is approximately 12 minutes away. Check-in is from 3 PM and check-out is by 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested for a $30 fee. A $50.00 per hour penalty will be applied if you fail to check-out by 11 AM or the agreed-upon check-out time. No shoes are to be worn inside the home. Quiet hours are observed from 11 PM to 7 AM. There is a $150.00 fine for evidence of pets inside the property. No parties and/or large noisy social gatherings are permitted; a $500.00 surcharge will be charged to groups that are deceitful about the use of the house.
