There is a cozy reading nook on the oversized landing with a twin daybed. The full bathroom has a shower/tub combination with grab bars, and the half bathroom includes a full-size washer and dryer. The cottage is a short stroll to Rockport’s downtown, the Shalin Liu Performance Center, the art galleries, Rockport Harbor, and Front Beach. All the venues of Bearskin Neck are moments from the doorstep, and downtown Rockport is equally convenient. The desk in the dining room offers views of classic and colorful cottages. Smoking or vaping in the home or on the property is strictly prohibited and will result in a fine and immediate eviction. No parties, events, performing artists, or bands are allowed at any time, and these are cause for eviction with no refund. This property does not host pets.
