The spacious living room invites you to a homey stay, complete with a smart TV ready to stream your favorite Netflix shows. The galley kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, cookware, plates, and glasses for quick meals, and features retro-style appliances including a microwave, Keurig, and toaster. Enjoy meals inside or on the balcony with an additional dining set. Rest easy in the two cozy bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and refresh in the full bathroom with a walk-in shower stocked with essentials and fluffy white towels. Off-street parking for two vehicles is provided at the back of the home. Located on Rohde Ave, this home is just a few minutes' walk to many shops, restaurants, and the downtown area. About a 5-10 minute walk to the Downtown Historic area and top attractions such as Ripleys and Castillo de San Marcos. A convenience store is nearby for stocking up on drinks and snacks, and amazing places to eat and drink are just a short walk away. Quiet hours begin at 10 pm and all noise must be minimized at this time. Window AC units are installed for heating and cooling, as there is no central AC. The minimum age to book is 21, and the primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay. No parties are allowed, and any guests outside of the reservation must vacate the property during quiet hours. A security camera is installed at the front door, and tampering with it may result in reservation cancellation. No pets are allowed, and no smoking or vaping is permitted on the property. Late check-outs and early check-ins require prior approval, and guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50 per hour. Illegal drugs and underage drinking are strictly prohibited. The home is not child-proofed, so parents with young children use it at their own risk.
