This recently renovated early 1900's multi-family home, Unit 1, is situated on the first level and features its own private entrance directly from the welcoming front porch. Step into a beautiful living room with a sitting area and bright, beachy vibes, complete with an electric fireplace for cozy evenings. The fully equipped kitchen includes utensils, cookware, plates, glasses, a microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and toaster, with bar-top seating available. The spacious bedroom boasts a cozy king-size bed, and an attached full bathroom features a walk-in shower stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Off-street parking is included in the driveway of the home and two reserved parking spaces are available. This home boasts an unbeatable location, just a 5-10 minute walk to the Downtown Historic area and top attractions like Ripley's and Castillo de San Marcos. A convenience store is just around the corner for snacks and drinks, and amazing dining and drinking spots such as Uptown Swinery, Sunday, and Juniper are also a short walk away. Window AC units are installed for heating and cooling the home, and there is no central AC. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am, and all noise must be kept to a minimum during this time. Smoking is not allowed on the property, including the front porch, and any evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door. Do not move furniture, appliances, or décor from where you found it upon check-in. Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. Underage drinking is not allowed. Do not flush foreign objects down the toilet except toilet paper. Renters are 100% liable for any and all property damage. Late check-outs will be charged an additional fee of $50/hr. Includes a fully equipped kitchen with utensils, cookware, plates, and glasses for quick meals in. Various appliances are stocked including microwave, Keurig, and toaster. The primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay.
