Charlotte’s biggest and best fitness center, the Dowd Y, is only five minutes away. Amenities include cardio equipment, weights, group classes, and swimming, with a 7-day pass available for $50. The spacious living room features a large, upholstered sofa that pulls out into an additional bed and a flatscreen television equipped with streaming and Hulu + Live TV channels. The kitchen features a gas range, full-sized refrigerator, and dishwasher with double dish drawers. Granite countertops complete the kitchen, which comes fully equipped with essentials such as measuring cups, spoons, roasting pans, mixing bowls, and a garlic press. Adjacent to the spacious living room is a well-appointed wet bar with an ice maker, offering an inviting spot for social gatherings.
