The living room features a large, upholstered sofa that pulls out into an additional bed, a flatscreen television equipped with streaming and Hulu + Live TV channels, and artwork by local artist Nico Amortegui. The kitchen features a gas range, full-sized refrigerator, and dishwasher with double dish drawers, granite countertops, and essentials such as measuring cups, spoons, roasting pans, mixing bowls, and a garlic press. Adjacent to the spacious living room is a well-appointed wet bar with an ice maker. The dining room comfortably seats up to eight guests and opens up to a screened porch. The main bedroom has a king-size bed with a television and two spacious closets, one of which is a walk-in. The bathroom features Carrara marble tiles, dual showers, a separate water closet, and a heated tiled floor. The second bedroom has a king bed and a flatscreen television. Included in the amenity package are a starter supply of Nest bath products as well as detergents. The building has a shared patio that includes a grill, outdoor tables, a plush sofa, and chairs. Charlotte’s biggest and best fitness center, the Dowd Y, is only five minutes away, and a 7-day pass is $50. If you are traveling with a dog, it must be registered at a cost of $59 per dog (two maximum). If you do not register your dog, you will be charged $120 per dog. A workstation is available for $10 per day, which includes a 32” monitor, a wireless keyboard, and mouse. Single beds can be joined into a king-size bed for a one-time $50 fee. A pack n’ play and/or highchair can be requested for use with at least a 24-hour advance notice. Situated just a mile away from the bustling Uptown business district, this property enjoys an idyllic location on Hermitage Court. Within a half mile walking distance, you can find over 40 locally owned restaurants, as well as Starbucks, Panera, and Old Pancake House. On the ‘Myers Park Mile’, you will find many locally owned shops featuring antiques, exquisite gifts, fine wines, and bespoke clothing for men and women. From spring to fall, Simpson’s Farmers Market on Kings is conveniently nearby and open on Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday. Charlotte’s renown greenway is less than a half mile away. Uptown Charlotte is only one mile away and a short walk or ride to the Carolina Panthers and Charlotte FC Stadium, Hornets/Spectrum Arena, Knights Baseball Stadium, Discovery Place, Convention Center, Bechtler Museum of Modern Art, Mint Museum, Spirit Square, Gantt Center for African American Arts + Culture, Discovery Place Science, and NASCAR Hall of Fame. Dogs are never allowed on the furniture or bed. If there is hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, damage, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged an additional fee. Smoking any substance is strictly prohibited on the premises and may result in a $300 penalty. Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. The property has a zero tolerance for parties, unruly behavior, loud music, disrespectful or unlawful activities, and violations will warrant forfeit of their entire reservation and may incur additional fees.
