Power on the TV with access to Netflix for entertainment. The spacious bed promises a great night's sleep. Enjoy access to a public resort-style pool and a fitness center. Free public parking is available in non-reserved and non-covered spaces. Parking passes will be provided and must be displayed on your car to avoid towing. You will be located near Lake Texoma, Downtown Sherman, Austin College, Texoma Medical Center, and Sherman Town Center. There is a strict no-parties and no-smoking rule, with devices in place to detect these activities. Tampering with these devices will result in a $150 fine. If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have a gathering with extra guests not reported in your initial booking, you will be fined $200.
