This is the perfect spot for a convenient and stylish stay with incredible amenities. This apartment features a fully stocked kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and a washer and dryer in the unit. Relax by the public resort-style pool or get a workout in at the fitness center. Power on the TV with access to Netflix for entertainment. The spacious king bed ensures a great night's sleep. A private entrance to the unit is available with self check-in capacities through a keypad. Free public parking spaces are available, but please only park in spaces that are NOT reserved. Parking passes will be provided and must be displayed on your car to ensure it won’t be towed. You will be located near Lake Texoma, Downtown Sherman, Austin College, Texoma Medical Center, and Sherman Town Center. The fee for an early check-in at 2pm is $20. Late checkouts must be approved by the management team. If you stay past your 10am check out time without approval, you will automatically be charged for the next night's stay at the listing's full price. A late 1pm checkout requested the day before checkout is $25, and a same-day request is $35. Requests must be approved and payment made before approval. Please only park in the driveway of the house and on the street directly in front of the house. Do not block anyone else's driveway. A maximum of 3 cars are allowed. Guests are not allowed to order mail/packages to this location. If you receive any lease violations (smoking, noise complaints, trash, etc.), you will be charged a $500 fine. You may see bugs in the home as Oklahoma is a hot and humid climate that causes a lot of bugs. No refunds are given if bugs are seen. If the key is not returned and/or damaged, there will be a $35 fee for a new key. A strict no-parties/noise violation policy is enforced. If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have a gathering with extra guests that are not reported in your initial booking, you will be fined $250. If the housekeeping crew discovers an unreasonable mess post-checkout, an additional fee of $100 will be charged. Each stay is allowed 2 bags of trash left inside the unit. Per bag of trash over that is a $25 charge. Please do not leave trash in the grass or backyard or porch. Trash day is Tuesday morning, so please take the trashcan out Monday evening. There are devices in place to detect smoke and parties; please do not tamper with the device or there will be a $150 fine. Normal stains and wear and tear happens. If you do not see enough towels/linens for you when you arrive, please check the dryer. A washer and dryer are available for your use. For stays of 7 days or more, starting sets for consumables and toiletries, including soap, paper towels, body wash, shampoo, and toilet paper will be provided. Guests of mid/long-term stays are also responsible for moving the trash can to the front for trash day. Fast Wi-Fi is available inside for you to work to your heart's content. [SI]
