Parking passes will be provided and must be displayed on your car to avoid towing. Located near Lake Texoma, Downtown Sherman, Austin College, Texoma Medical Center, and Sherman Town Center. The complex enforces a strict no-parties and no-smoking policy, with devices in place to detect these activities. Tampering with these devices will result in a $150 fine. If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have a gathering with extra guests not reported in your initial booking, you will be fined $200. Pets are not allowed, and a $200 fine will be issued for this violation unless they are a service animal. If a key or key fob is not returned or is damaged, there will be a $50 fee for a replacement.
