Pets are welcome for a fee of $40 per pet per night, up to $600 per pet for the entire stay. This apartment offers two off-street parking spots for two vehicles. If parking for additional cars is needed, street permit parking is available for $10 per additional vehicle for your entire stay. Early check-in and late check-out options are available for an additional fee: 1-hour early check-in at 3 pm for $25, 2-hour early check-in at 2 pm for $50, 1-hour late check-out at 11 am for $25, and 2-hour late check-out at 12 pm for $50. The location could honestly not be more perfect! There are so many great restaurants and bars right on North High Street to check out with their own unique character and amazing food! This apartment is a short walk to the Short North District and the Greater Columbus Convention Center, and less than a mile from downtown Columbus and Ohio State University campus. It's also a short drive to Nationwide Children's Hospital and CMH Columbus John Glenn Airport. Walking is the best way to enjoy Short North. Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the central downtown location and shared wall with the neighboring unit. White noise machines and fans are provided in every room. This home is conveniently located near the highway, so occasional noise may be expected. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. No loud music is allowed at any time. Breaking any of the house rules will result in a charge of $500 each, subject to a charge per occasion and per broken rule separately. For any undisclosed pet, a $500 charge will apply. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $500 violation charge.
