Early check-in and late check-out options are available for an additional fee. The location is perfect for exploring Short North, with many great restaurants and bars on North High Street. It's a short walk to the Short North District, the Greater Columbus Convention Center, and Nationwide Arena Stadium. The apartment is also less than a mile from downtown Columbus, Ohio State University campus, and Kroger Food Market. CMH Columbus John Glenn Airport and Easton Town Center Shopping Mall are a short drive away, with easy access to major highways and COTA lines. Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the central downtown location and shared walls with the neighboring unit. White noise machines and fans are provided in every room. Occasional highway noise may be expected. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. Breaking any house rule will result in a charge of $500. No unregistered guests are allowed, and a $100 extra guest fee will be charged per extra unregistered guest per night, in addition to a $500 cleaning fee. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $500 violation charge.
