This airy suite blends comfort, convenience, and tropical charm. It features 2 plush queen beds, a shower/tub combo, towels and starter toiletries, and a compact kitchenette with a granite countertop, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and basic cookware. There is also a dining table for 4 with water views, a smart TV with streaming apps, high-speed Wi-Fi, closet space with hangers, a fan, storage for beach gear, an iron, a hair dryer, and extra linens. Beach towels, chairs, and a cooler are provided. Coin-operated laundry is available downstairs. There is no parking available for jet skis or boats. Bahia Beach is a peaceful bayside retreat with restaurants, rentals, and a marina. Walk to the beach, pools, and dining. A car is recommended for exploring Tampa, St. Pete, and nearby beaches. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, a $250 penalty will be charged. If smoking is observed during the course of an active stay, the reservation may be canceled without any refund and a $250 penalty will be charged. ESA pets incur a pet fee of $125. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed on the property, and a violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. All transactions, including refunds, will incur a 3.7% processing fee applied by the payment processor. A digital rental agreement must be signed and completed prior to arrival, including providing a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie. Weekday daytime noise is possible due to neighbors’ projects or renovations and other activities. Because the property is right on the water, you may occasionally notice a natural sea smell. The patio light is managed by the building and stays on 24/7 and cannot be switched off from inside the unit. [SI]
