Relax and feel at home in this bright, inviting apartment featuring a comfortable queen bed and a private tropical balcony perfect for morning coffee or sunset views. This apartment offers access to a heated pool, hot tub, gym, tennis courts, and shuffleboard area. There are also BBQ grills for a delicious meal and beach access with stunning waterfront and waterview scenery. The apartment includes a toaster oven, full fridge, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, wine glasses, a smart TV for streaming, high-speed Wi-Fi, and closet space for storage. Towels are provided. Coin-operated laundry is available downstairs. There is no parking available for jet skis or boats. Bahia Beach is a quiet bayside retreat with restaurants, a marina, and coastal charm. Walk to the beach, pools, and dining. A car is recommended for exploring Tampa, St. Pete, or nearby beaches. Two waterfront restaurants, a fishing dock, and a marina are within walking distance. The booking guest must be at least 18 years of age to check-in, and security will request an ID upon arrival. Check-in time is 4 PM EST and checkout time is 11 AM EST. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, a $250 penalty will be charged. In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries), a $125 fee will be charged for helping gain re-entry. If the lockout is outside regular business hours (Mon – Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM) the fee will be $200. Pets are not allowed, but ESA pets incur a pet fee of $80; service animals are free. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed, and a violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. Guests are required to log in and out of their own accounts when accessing streaming services or smart TV apps. Because the apartment is right on the water, you may occasionally notice a natural sea smell. The occasional pest is common, and while refunds are not issued for pests, assistance is always available if needed. The patio light is managed by the building and stays on 24/7 and cannot be switched off from inside the unit. If the pool fob is lost or not returned, a $75 replacement fee will be charged.
