Getting around is a breeze whether you take your own car, utilize public transportation, or ride share, all are readily available. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. No smoking inside, but outside is okay, please pick up all cigarettes. Please park in the driveway as the garage is not available for parking. A security camera is located at the front of the house for your security, with no cameras inside the property. Entry is via a keypad located at the front door for a simple key-less entry, with the code provided 72 hours before arrival and changed after every guest. Guests must sign a rental agreement and HOA forms upon booking. Airbnb experiences or services are not allowed on site or inside the home. Includes a dedicated work-from-home space with reliable high-speed internet (200 MBPS) throughout the entire space. You can access your Hulu, Amazon Prime, Netflix, and other accounts with the Smart TV.
