Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. There is a maximum of two pets allowed, with a combined weight limit of 40lbs, and no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs (or similar breeds) are permitted. Guests must be at least 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. Long-term guests (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check.
