The first floor includes a living room with a queen sofa bed, kitchen, and dining area, all air-conditioned. The second floor has a bedroom with a queen bed, a hallway bath with a bathtub and shower combo, and laundry facilities. The third floor features a primary bedroom with a queen bed, an ensuite bathroom with a shower, and a private balcony, also air-conditioned. The fourth floor offers a rooftop patio with outdoor seating. The regular nightly rate covers 4 guests, with additional guest fees of $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 6 guests. Well-trained pets are welcome at $50 per pet. Parking is available with a city-issued guest parking permit for free street parking, though it is first-come-first-served. Paid public parking is available directly across the street from the townhome complex for a guaranteed spot. Capitol Hill is the epitome of 21st century Seattle: young, high-tech, and culturally adventurous. It's the epicenter of coffee culture, home to clubs that spawned the grunge movement, and the site of some of Seattle's biggest events, like Block Party and the Pride Parade. While it's simply home to many, it's also one of the hottest nightlife neighborhoods and has a long list of things to do, from visiting beautiful Volunteer Park to going to the Seattle Asian Art Museum, to dining or hanging out at a microbrewery. This townhome is not handicap friendly and requires comfort with stairs due to its multiple stories. The second-floor bedroom does not have air conditioning, but it usually remains cool. Strictly no parties or events are allowed, with quiet hours between 10pm-8am. No smoking or vaping of any kind is permitted anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas, and there is a $500 fine per violation. Guest access is granted via a smart lock. The home is equipped with high-speed internet and a smart TV for streaming or remote work needs. Onsite washer and dryer are available for your laundry needs.
