To your left, you'll discover the cozy living room, perfect for family game nights or quiet reading sessions. To your right, the dining room and kitchen, complete with island seating, beckon you to savor meals together. As you proceed down the hall, a fully equipped laundry room precedes the master suite, while on the left, you'll find the guest bedrooms and a guest bath. The master suite boasts a full en-suite with a walk-in closet, an office desk for those who need to catch up on work, a walk-in shower, and a convenient Jack and Jill sink. You will have full access to the entire property. This neighborhood is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Charlotte, yet still super close. It is very quiet and is down the street from River Street Park, which has a volleyball court, basketball court, disc golf course, and playground, as well as a serene place to go fishing. The property is 2 miles from the U.S. National Whitewater Center, which offers yoga, hiking, mountain biking, zip lining, summer camps, outdoor concerts, climbing, kayaking, and white water rafting all in one place. It is 1 block to the boat and kayak launch on the Catawba River, with kayak rentals available. Tuckaseege Park is within walking distance from the residence. The property is down the street from CaroMont Regional Medical Center and a minute walk to its entrance. It is half a mile to downtown Mount Holly, which offers shopping, a brewery, a local cigar bar and lounge, salons, and restaurants. The property is 5 minutes to Tailrace Marina, which offers boat and jetski rentals and J.R. Cash's Grill and Bar. It is 5 minutes to Highway 485, 7 minutes to Green Meadows Golf Course, 10 minutes to Belmont, NC, which has great restaurants, bars, and outdoor parks, 12 minutes from Charlotte Douglas International Airport, 14 minutes to Topgolf, 15 minutes to Adventure Landing, 17 minutes to Sullenberger Aviation Museum, 18 minutes to Carowinds Amusement Park, 20 minutes to Downtown Charlotte, 20 minutes to Historic Latta Plantation, 22 minutes to Bank of America Stadium, 22 minutes to South End Charlotte, 22 minutes to Discovery Place Science, 22 minutes to Daniel Stowe Botanical Garden, 25 minutes to Veronet Vineyards and Winery, and 25 minutes to Crowders Mountain State Park. Third-party bookings are not permitted without prior owner approval, and violations will result in cancellation without a refund. Mount Holly has a strict 10 pm to 7 am noise ordinance, with fines up to $1,500. Failure to comply may lead to immediate eviction without reimbursement if neighbors contact the authorities. Animals are not allowed, and bringing a pet in violation of house rules incurs an additional $250 daily fine. Smoking, vaping, and drug use are strictly prohibited, with a $500 fine for violations. Parties and events are not permitted, and hosting a party will result in eviction without a refund. Late checkouts can be arranged (when available) for an additional $100 fee and must be requested 24-48 hours in advance. Emergencies happen, so just let the host know as soon as possible. Important house rules include additional cleaning billed at an hourly rate of $50. No additional guests other than the ones staying are allowed without prior arrangement, and violating this will incur a $200 charge per person per day. No crypto mining on the premises, and if found, it will result in eviction without a refund. Hot tub rules include showering with soap and water before entering, entering and exiting slowly where the stairs are located, no jumping or diving, no glass in or near the hot tub, and no use of alcohol, narcotics, or medications on the premises and in the hot tub. Elderly or pregnant women should consult a doctor before entering the hot tub. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Do not enter if the temperature is higher than 104 degrees Fahrenheit. Limit your soak to 15 minutes and cool off before re-entry. Anyone with heart disease, diabetes, high or low blood pressure, or any serious illness should consult a doctor before entering the hot tub. Replace the spa cover after each use, do not sit or lie down on the spa cover, turn off jets after use, do not use soap or oils in the spa, and turn off Bluetooth speakers after 10 pm in the spa. Be respectful of the neighbors, as this is a family-friendly neighborhood.
