The apartment is decorated with soaring 9-foot ceilings, stainless appliances, custom cabinetry, elegant tiling, and modern decor. An additional pet fee of $100-300 applies based on stay length. Locals call the hip, affluent East Market District NuLu, and it is known as the best place to stay in Louisville. This neighborhood is a dining hub with eateries spanning upscale New American cuisine to casual BBQ, plus stylish bars pouring craft beer and bourbon. Shops sell vintage clothing, women’s fashion, gourmet eats, and restored furniture. Contemporary galleries stay open late for the monthly First Friday Hop street party, with art shows, live music, shopping, and street food. The building is a simple on-off the highways. For local excursions, hop on the LouLift – a free, electric bus fleet with onboard Wi-Fi that services 4th Street, the downtown shopping district, and beyond. Uber and Lyft are never far. For the bold, the use of dockless scooters is encouraged. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs (or similar breeds). A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry. The information is collected for verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule.
