The neighborhood is more urban and may feel less polished compared to other areas of the city. Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. No parties or large gatherings are allowed, and only registered guests are permitted on the property. Small low-key gatherings are allowed only upon request and approval in advance. Pets should be discussed in advance, and pet cleaning fees will be applied. A full disclosure policy for the number of people on the property at any time is in place, with security camera verification to comply with local laws and booking platform policies.
