This is a non-smoking home and smoking will result in a $1000 fine plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. Quiet hours are after 10 PM. There is a dog relief area in the backyard and guests are expected to clean up after pets. The office area includes a computer monitor and webcam for Zoom calls. A laptop computer is not included.
