The kitchen, fully remodeled in 2025, is equipped with white shaker cabinets, sleek white subway tile, a farmhouse sink, ample counter space, a gas oven and stovetop, dishwasher, fridge, under counter ice maker, microwave, small appliances, cookware, dishes, and a coffee maker. The carriage house has a Queen murphy bed, a full shower bathroom, a small sleeper sofa sitting area with a Smart TV, and a full kitchen. Enjoy access to the private pool, dining and seating areas, and a propane grill. Pool heating is available for an additional fee during the chillier months. A six-passenger golf cart is included for trips booked and staying October 2025 through March 1 2026. The trip must be 4 days or more to qualify for the free golf cart. Guests can inquire about a golf cart rental for other times of the year and receive a premium discount. Located in the heart of Crystal Beach, in the Kokomo Cove neighborhood, this home is directly across from the Destin Commons, with shopping, entertainment, and restaurants. The Silver Sands Outlets are a short drive away. Gated beach access is about a 1/2 block from the home. Spring break/student groups (any group under 25 years old) are not permitted at any time. Parties and events are not permitted. There is a one-time $325 fee for pets (this includes emotional support animals). Only ADA-recognized service animals are exempt from this and we must be notified prior to your arrival. Any impersonation of a service animal is a crime in the state of Florida and will not be tolerated at any time. We recommend bringing additional supplies for your trip, as only a small amount of complimentary "hotel/travel size" items are provided, typically enough to get you through your first day (depending on your group size & length of stay). Items recommended to bring are: toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, laundry soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, shampoo/conditioner, shower gel, soap, specific spices, oils, plastic wrap/foil, sunscreen, aloe, and beach items other than our provided beach towels that you can't live without.
