Enhance your stay with optional services like mid-stay cleanings and early check-in or late checkout when available. Additional fees apply for these services. A pet fee ranging from $100 to $300 based on stay length is collected separately. Pets must be on a leash when outside on the property. Located in Glendale, right in the Westgate entertainment area, you can enjoy live music, movies, football, and dining all in one place, just across the street from the building. Ideally situated close to various attractions, it's just a quick drive or Uber/Lyft ride to anywhere you want to go. The property is a smoke-free environment. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement and may result in immediate termination and recovery fees starting at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The maximum allowed is two pets with a combined weight of 40 lbs, excluding Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs, and similar breeds. A pet fee may be charged for emotional support animals, and their presence can be declined. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with the noise policy. Long-term stays of 30 days or more are subject to a background search and credit check. The unit is equipped with a smart lock for hassle-free and secure entry using a personalized access code.
