The large living area is perfect for gathering with friends and family, while the fully equipped kitchen, with sleek stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops, has everything you need to cook up a storm. Spend some time in the private backyard as you gather around the warm fire pit. This home caters to both short-term and medium-term stays, making it an excellent choice for corporate housing needs. Free parking is available to all guests in the garage, with additional parking on neighborhood streets. We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of two pets per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than six guests, with a $29/night fee for each additional guest. Dallas is home to more than a dozen neighborhoods and districts, each with its own distinct vibe and attractions. Nearby attractions include White Rock Lake Park, George W. Bush Presidential Center, Dallas Arboretum Botanical Gardens, Deep Ellum, Perot Museum of Nature and Science, and Children’s Aquarium Dallas at Fair Park. Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. No parties or events are allowed. Pets should be discussed in advance, and we only allow house-trained pets, asking to ensure they keep off beds and furniture. Pet cleaning fees apply. The property features a noise alert device to monitor decibel levels and prevent unauthorized parties. The house is exclusively yours during your stay, with self-check-in available. Early check-in and late check-out options are available, subject to availability and may include a small additional fee. The home is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, and a washer/dryer, ensuring a comfortable work-from-home experience.
