Equipped with all your vacation essentials, this home features three spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, and large living areas. Enjoy the large full kitchen, spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas, a free washer/dryer, an outdoor shower, a tiki bar, and a putting green. Relax by the private saltwater pool, with the option to add heat, and lounge on the outdoor pool loungers. The golf cart is available to reserve for $80 per day, with a two-day minimum. Pool heating is available for $35 per day of stay, and requires at least a week's notice. Located in a quiet, residential neighborhood with shopping and restaurants nearby, this home offers easy access to St. Pete Beach (1.4 miles), Albert Whitted Airport (6 miles), and Splash Harbour Water Park (12 miles). Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 9 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. No glass is allowed by the pool. A maximum of seven guests are allowed at any given time. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on the property, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to three standard-size cars can park in the driveway. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, and keep excessive noise to a minimum. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. Firearms are not allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Failure to observe the rule to not tamper with the pool equipment could result in fines up to $150 plus damages. We welcome one house-trained dog with written notification and approval, and a pet fee may apply. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for up to two loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge are provided.
