The living area features a plush couch and a big screen with access to streaming apps, including Fubo TV with cable channels, and can be used as an additional sleeping space with a sofa bed. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, cookware, dinnerware, utensils, a coffee machine, a large breakfast bar, and stone benchtops. There is also a laundry area with a washing machine and dryer. Pool heat is available for $25 per day. Take in the ocean breeze on the sunny front patio with a bistro set. The home is a few minutes' walk to public beach access and a 20-minute drive to downtown. Eat at the stylish dining table or grab a bite from Safe Harbor, right around the corner. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am per St. Johns County ordinance. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door. An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to the Ring may result in the reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises. Do not move furniture, appliances, or décor from where you found it upon check-in. Outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning. No pets are allowed on the property at any time. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50/hr. No vaping or smoking is allowed whatsoever on the property, including the front porch. If evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. No parties or large group gatherings are allowed. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by the hosts prior to their arrival. The minimum age to book is 25. The primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay.
