Only registered guests will be allowed. Smoking of any type is not allowed and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 10am. Pets should be discussed in advance; only house-trained pets are allowed and must be kept off beds and furniture. A pet cleaning fee will be applied. An additional nightly rate will be applied for each guest after the first six guests. The fireplace is inoperable. The spa heating element and jets are inoperable. Plenty of body towels are offered, but feel free to bring your own pool towels. The cinema room functions as a bedroom, equipped with a plush, queen-size sofa bed. No street parking is allowed due to City Parking Regulations. The maximum number of cars allowed are 2 cars in the garage and 2 cars in the driveway. A noise alert device is installed in this home to comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties.
