Free street parking with a pass is provided, or park in a paid lot across the street for a guaranteed spot. This townhome is not handicap friendly, and guests must be comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. Self-check-in is available with a code provided 48 hours before arrival. The home strictly prohibits parties and events, with quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am, and no smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed on the property, including outdoor areas. A $500 fine applies per violation. The townhome offers high-speed internet with speeds up to 400 Mbps, making it ideal for streaming or remote work needs. A laptop computer is not included.
