Volunteer Park is just three blocks away. This townhome is not handicap-friendly and requires comfort with stairs due to its multiple stories. Self-check-in is available with a code provided 48 hours before arrival. The property enforces quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am, and there is a strict no-smoking or vaping policy, no parties or events, no digital piracy, and no shoes in the home, with a $500 fine per violation. The townhome is equipped with high-speed internet up to 400 Mbps, making it ideal for streaming or remote work needs. A laptop computer is not included.
