The property is conveniently located just 36 miles from DFW Airport, 20 miles to downtown Dallas, and 37 miles from the AT&T Stadium. The kitchen is fully loaded with pots, pans, silverware, kitchen utensils, plates, and much more, perfect for preparing meals with a large dining table, kitchen bar area, and breakfast nook. The large living room features a 75” Smart TV and sound system, and you can enjoy cold nights by the gas/wood fireplace. Additional spaces include a media/game room, a playroom with a pool/billiard table, and a patio overlooking the pool and backyard. Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay. The base nightly rate covers the first six guests, with an additional fee of $39 per guest per night starting from the seventh guest. The fifth and sixth bedrooms will be opened for groups of 8+ and 10+ guests respectively. Parking is available for up to 5 cars, with 2 in the garage and 3 in the driveway. Casa Del Lago sits in a quiet neighborhood just off Route 66, perfect for large families with plenty of activities and space to spread out. You’ll be conveniently located near shopping centers and restaurants, with easy access to major attractions like Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum and Six Flags Over Texas. Walking is ideal for strolls, but a vehicle is recommended for getting around. Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. onwards, and check-out is at 10 a.m. max. Unregistered guests are not allowed, and any violation of house rules could result in the cancellation of the reservation with no refund. Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited, with a $500 fine for violations. The pool and hot tub are professionally serviced, and the property features security cameras for safety. House-trained pets are allowed with a fee, and any stained sheets or towels must be paid for to replace them. The media room includes a full-size pull-out sofa bed, a 65” Smart TV, games, books, puzzles, and an office desk for work-cations. High-speed internet with AC Wi-Fi extends into the yard, making it ideal for remote work.
