This cozy single-level guest house offers comfortable sleeping arrangements with a king bed in the primary bedroom and a queen bed in the second bedroom. The full bathroom is equipped with all linens and towels for your stay, although hot tub towels are not provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, silverware, utensils, plates, and more, making meal preparation a breeze. Enjoy your meals at the large dining table, kitchen bar area, or cozy breakfast nook. Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay. Please ensure pets are registered in the reservation and waste is picked up, particularly from the backyard. The hot tub is professionally serviced twice a week during summer and once a week during the rest of the year. All smart TVs come with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube, and we'll ensure you're logged out upon checkout if needed. Located in a quiet, charming neighborhood with a welcoming, friendly vibe, this home offers a peaceful atmosphere that makes it easy to relax and feel at home. The streets are lined with sidewalks, perfect for a stroll or jog, and traffic is minimal, adding to the safe and serene environment. Conveniently situated just 36 miles from DFW Airport, 20 miles from downtown Dallas, and 37 miles from AT&T Stadium, you'll find plenty to explore both locally and in nearby major cities. Discover attractions like Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum, Six Flags Over Texas, and more, all within a short drive. Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a $500 fine if violated. Smoking is allowed outdoors, but please dispose of cigarette butts properly. The guest house does not offer direct lake access from the property itself, but public lake access is available just past the neighboring house. Self-check-in is available, with instructions provided one day prior to arrival. House-trained pets are allowed with a $150 fee per pet per stay. Unregistered guests are not allowed, and any violation of house rules may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund. Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. onwards, and check-out is at 10 a.m. max. All cars must be parked in the property’s garage or driveway, as street parking is strictly forbidden. The landscaper visits once a week, and security cameras are installed at the front door and garage for your safety.
