Beach gear is provided, including 10 beach tags on a lanyard, 10 beach chairs, 2 coolers, a wagon/cart, and an umbrella. Off-street parking is available for up to 2 vehicles, 1 in the garage and one in the parking area, plus ample free and metered street parking in the neighborhood. Nestled in the heart of downtown Ocean City, this luxurious Oceanside Retreat offers unparalleled access to the best of the Jersey Shore. The pristine sands of the beach are just a short stroll away, and the vibrant boardwalk, a hub of activity filled with classic amusement park rides, arcades, and delicious treats, is also nearby. A variety of restaurants are within walking distance, from casual eateries to upscale dining experiences, and unique boutiques and souvenir shops are close by. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am. Guests must be respectful of neighbors and the community at all times. Any disturbance incident that results in police involvement may result in the immediate termination of the reservation and removal from the rental without refund or warning. There is a zero-tolerance policy. All properties are absolutely no smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, cannabis, vapes/e-cigs, etc. Smoking is permitted outside and well away from any doors or windows, and all debris must be cleaned up. Any evidence of smoking will be automatically billed an additional cleaning fee. Guests are fully responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or disturbances caused by their pets during their stay. By bringing a pet onto the property, you agree to assume all liability for your pet's behavior and to indemnify and hold harmless the property owner and management from any claims or damages arising from your pet. Guests with pets are 100% responsible for keeping their pet under control at all times. Size/weight and breed restrictions may apply. For listings marked “no pets” - this is strictly enforced.
