The apartment sleeps eight, with two king-size beds, one queen-size bed, and two twin-size beds across four private bedrooms, each with its own en suite bath. A Pack-N-Play is available in the twin bedroom for guests traveling with young children. Situated in the heart of Springdale, this apartment is just one mile from Downtown Springdale, making it easily walkable. It's also one mile from the Razorback Greenway, NWA's premier walking, biking, and running trail, and 3.5 miles from Bayyari Park and Mountain Bike Trails, as well as Lake Fayetteville and the Botanical Gardens. A 20-minute drive will take you to The University of Arkansas campus, perfect for game days. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host and the event fee has been paid. Unauthorized parties or events will incur a fine of $1000. This is a non-smoking home, and smoking will result in a fine of $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. The property is not pet-friendly, and pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
